• Vintage rugs and rugs made outside the USA often have no tags or labels identifying the fiber or the method of cleaning recommended by the manufacturer
  

• The technicians must know the fiber in order to apply the appropriate cleaning solution at the appropriate temperature and pH level for your fine floor covering
